Shipping Policy – Dahlia Tubers
Shipping Season:
All dahlia tubers are shipped in April, once weather conditions are suitable for safe transit. We do not ship outside of this window to ensure the best quality and viability of your tubers.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and packed in the order they are received. Each tuber is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (or UPS Ground, depending on location). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Weather Delays:
In rare cases of extreme cold, shipments may be delayed slightly to prevent freezing damage. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee that all tubers will arrive healthy and viable. If your order arrives damaged or nonviable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
After Arrival:
Once tubers arrive in good condition, their success depends on proper storage and planting. We are not responsible for loss due to improper handling or weather after delivery.
